As an External Consultant for the Innovation Department at AXA Insurances, contracted through Cognizant, I contributed to the company’s Digital Transformation initiative by collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance the design process.

Key Contributions:
Design Department Process: Collaborated with the business department, Product Owners (POs), and developers to create and implement a unified design process that adhered to AXA’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with stakeholders across departments, aligning business objectives with user needs and technological capabilities.
Data-Driven Design: Partnered with the Market Research Department to leverage data insights, driving informed design decisions and measurable results.
Brand Cohesion: Ensured all participants operated under the same brand guidelines, fostering a cohesive approach to design and communication.
Innovation Enablement: Supported the development team in incorporating innovative solutions as part of the broader digital transformation goals.
