The Vital Cities Challenge (VCC) project equips cities with the right tools & tests innovative, data-driven approaches that engage citizens & their physical activity.
To adress this matter, I m currently designing & delivering an App simple enough for millions to use daily yet at the same time powerful enough to engage the cities at their core by promoting well-being activities & rewards to its members.
Such an App will deliver on the VCC project's promise to have tremendous positive social impact, as it will ensure motivation to a healthier lifestyle & it will provide a data-driven policymaking tool for well-being matters which is a first for European citizens.
Focusing on the mobile App itself, I am in charge of reimagining the essential surfaces: Cities, activities, well-being campaigns, marketplaces of wellness, features of social inclusion, as well as bringing brand new, meaningful features.
Tasks include:

Working closely with business partners, creating strategic product visions & then delivering on those visions.

Influencing & interpreting the product vision to drive strategic execution of the design.

Providing designers with guidance & ensuring a clear understanding of the user needs in a way that the design solutions always fit into a consistent product experience.

Being a key initiative contributor to help shape & guide solutions.

Be hands-on & working closely with all involved teams (ie data scientists, engineers, etc).

Creating high-level concepts & designs to reassure common understanding among stakeholders.
