Key Responsibilities,

Head of the UX/UI at Tag: CMD, a SaaS in a cloud, & in charge of recruiting, coaching & leading the global UX /UI team.

Developing the services in London & offshore.

 

Working closely with the Product Director, UX Designers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, Clients & Users. 

Responsible for buiding  & mentoring the UX team in user-centred design activities, from research to interaction design & concept testing,

 

Performing UX team resource management for projects across Tag: cmd through execution of collaborative and participatory activities with UX designers, stakeholders, customers, etc..

 

- Support the organisation in achieving product & service objectives within the framework of the user experience design process. 

- Plan & execute time-limited research projects that provide customer understanding.

- Communicate customer needs and/or expectations within the business.

- Design user-centred interfaces that support customers' expectations & must be identified as in-scope by product owners.

- Verify user interface design's operational validity & engineering feasibility with business stakeholders, customers, & developers. 

- Communicate the design specs of the system efficiently to developers & testers.

- Define & manage the adoption of & adherence to the UX design process.

- Act as the arbiter in the case of conflicting design decisions & approaches.

- Manage the resources within the UX team, including appraisals & onboarding of additional permanent & temporary resources.
 

A list of clients includes Coca-Cola, H&M, Jaguar, LandRover, Intel, RBS, Bank of America, Sony, Reebok, Adidas, Canon, British Gas, & Tesco, among others.
