I worked as an external Consultant with the ‘Innovation Department’s development team as part of the Digital Transformation of AXA insurances.
During my stay at AXA, I worked closely with the business department, POs and developers to establish a Design department process. Among my deliverables is the system design that enables insurance clients to upload the necessary documents for insurance reimbursement via their responsive website. In parallel, I have participated in Research studies, including qualitative research with clients and stakeholders to define new solutions. All solutions have been based on data-driven results in collaboration with the Market research department.
