Lead concept service designer consultant for the "Easy banking for the Employees" portal (www.BNP.be for easy banking Web-banking transactions).

Created external & internal channels, designed, tested & validated the navigation system (Including the Information Architecture for all navigations).
Designed & applied the strategic concept in responsive solutions, building & verifying consistency among all digital channels.
Concept-to-final redesign delivery ensuring smooth & efficient content migration to the new platforms.
